How It Works

Connect repos — Link your Lovable prototype repo and your production backend repo.
Automatic scanning — AppHandoff MCP scans both for API specs, database schemas, and frontend usage patterns.
Mismatch detection — Differences between frontend expectations and backend reality are flagged automatically as handoff tickets.
AI planning — AI agents generate implementation plans for each ticket.
Human review — Your team reviews, approves, or requests changes to plans.
Bot build — Approved plans are built by AI agents and submitted as GitHub pull requests.
Ship — Merge the PR and the ticket is complete. Continuous production pipeline.

Core Features
